I don’t really know what I’m doing here. I must have stumbled upon the WordPress login page, accidently put in the correct login details, and somehow managed to worm my way to the front page.
While all of the above is true, I do have to admit, I am unsure what I’m hoping to achieve by co-writing a blog. There are too many possibilities, so until I find my true blog-writing purpose, I guess you’ll just have to put up with some nonsense on my end.
I realise I’ve pretty much talked about nothing, and have probably wasted those very precious 2 or 3 minutes of yours.
So let’s move the topic along. Whilst I was revising for my summer exams, I made a ‘bad’ habit of watching TED talks. A lot of TED talks. And somehow I came across a couple of talks about language learning and the best ways to learn a foreign language. My favourite is a guy named Benny Lewis. He didn’t begin his language learning until he got to his 20s. He is my new rolemodel! (Youtube his TED talk, it’s quite amazing)! So now, that’s become a plan for the summer. To try and learn a foreign language. I don’t know when I’ll be done, or even if I’ll make it. Jas is attempting to teach me Punjabi…bless her. We’ll see how that goes.
Learning a language poses a similar dilemma to blog-writing. I have no idea what I’m doing.
P.S. I’m sorry. This blog post was supposed to be up a while ago. I may or may not have been caught up in the Steam sales…no regrets.
